New Construction

Since 2013, our portfolio is primarily concentrated with new-build/new construction projects. Our job sites range from modest and simple to grand and complex. We pride ourselves on our wonderful working relationships with our clients, sub/general contractors, suppliers, architects and engineers. We have done the groundwork to set you up for success, before our first meeting. Our team has a reputation for being clear and punctual communicators, reliable, clean and respectful.

What you can expect for our first step: contact JSC for a consultation. During the consultation, we will meet you on-site to view the property, discuss your plans and provide instruction and a recommendation for what the next steps are.

There are many variables when it comes to dreaming up a new-build concept. Our solution-oriented skillset will help you get those dreams realized. We are excited for you!

Remodel

Established in 2008; JSC’s roots are in remodel projects. During a consultation, JSC will visit on site, discuss like/dislikes of the current space, how we can remove the barriers of what seems impossible to showing you what is possible because of our extensive structural experience and attention to detail. Are you purchasing a new property and need some edits before it feels like home? Are you in your forever home and are ready for more space? Do you need a better flow or simple updates to modernize your dated space? Whatever the need is, we are ready to meet it.
